FAQs

What size storage unit do I need?

The unit size you may require can vary greatly, depending on the size of your furniture, how high you can stack boxes and a number of other variables such as the amount of access space you wish to leave. Please refer to our space estimator or call our office and we will be happy to help you decide what size will work best for you.

Does anyone else have access to my unit?

NO! You store it! You lock it! You keep the key!

Do you provide moving carts to help me move my belongings?

Absolutely! Carts, dollies, and hand trucks are available for your use and they are free of charge. Our moving carts are sturdy and can hold up to 200 lbs.

What are climate controlled units?

Climate controlled units allow your items to be stored as if they were still inside your home or office. All of our interior units provide a much higher quality of storage than a shed or attic and they are virtually dust free. Choosing climate controlled is almost like leaving your items in your living room. And regardless of the weather they are comfortable and easy to access.

Do I need insurance?

Insuring your items while they are in storage is highly recommended. Just as your home is susceptible to fire, roof leaks, burglary and vandalism, so too is your storage unit. Check your homeowners or renters insurance policy to see if your storage possessions are covered.  We can provide very cost effective coverage.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment, including Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®. You can pay for storage by automatic debit from your debit/bank card, credit card account or checking account. You can also set up an online account which enables you to make payments, check account status and make changes
