Ustor Inside Move-In Instructions
Welcome to Ustor Inside. We’re excited to have you as a tenant, and we’ve
outlined the following steps to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
1. Complete Necessary Documentation
Before moving in, please make sure to:
- Sign the rental
agreement either online or in person.
- Provide valid
identification (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).
- Ensure your
payment details are up to date.
2. Preparing for Your Move
- Packing
Supplies: We offer moving boxes, packing tape, and other supplies for
purchase at our front office if needed.
- Vehicle Access: The facility
is designed to accommodate moving trucks. Parking is available next to
your unit for easy unloading.
- Dollies &
Carts: Complimentary carts are available near the entrance for moving
heavier items.
3. Loading Your Unit
- Safety: Be cautious
while lifting and moving heavy items. If needed, request assistance from a
friend or professional movers.
- Packing Tip: Use vertical
space efficiently by stacking boxes and leave an aisle down the center of
your unit for easy access.
- Locking Your
Unit: Once all your items are stored, make sure your unit is securely
locked.
4. Payment Information
- Payment Due
Date: Rent is due 30 days from your setup date every month.
- Payment Options: You can make
payments online via your account portal, over the phone, or in person at
the office. We accept credit cards, debit cards., and electronic checks.
- Automatic
Billing: We recommend setting up automatic billing to avoid late fees.
6. Insurance
- Storage
Insurance: For the protection of your belongings, we recommend purchasing
storage insurance. Check with your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance
provider to see if they cover storage units. If not, affordable policies
are available.
7. Rules and Regulations
To keep our facility safe and secure, please adhere to the following
rules:
- No Hazardous
Materials: Do not store any flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
- No Living or
Working in Units: Storage units are for storing items only. Living or working inside
the unit is strictly prohibited.
- Respect
Facility Hours: Please only access the facility during the designated hours.
